The Anritsu / Wiltron 68347B Synthesized Signal Generator offers a frequency range from 0.01 to 20 GHz, with output power up to +13 dBm (+11 dBm with step attenuator). It provides ultra-low SSB phase noise of –100 dBc at 10 kHz offset from 10 GHz, internal AM/FM/ØM/pulse modulation, and user-defined complex modulation. Waveguide extensions allow operation to 110 GHz, ensuring wide application coverage.
Designed for both CW and swept frequency generation, the 68347B supports full front-panel control and remote operation via IEEE-488 GPIB. Its high stability and economical upgrade options make it suitable for advanced RF and microwave testing environments.
