The Anritsu ME520B is a high-precision error rate and jitter measuring instrument for PCM signals with clock frequencies from 1 kHz to 150 MHz, covering the 1st to 4th order PCM hierarchy and 10 CH systems. It enables simultaneous error and jitter measurement, displaying results digitally and providing detailed printouts with time/date stamps for continuous long-term monitoring.
Ideal for development and maintenance of radio PCM, wired PCM, optical fiber systems, and other digital communications, the ME520B supports code error measurements, zero substitution, error addition, and end-to-end pattern measurement. It conforms to CCITT recommendations for reliable analysis.
