The Anritsu MG3693B is a broadband high-performance signal generator covering RF and microwave frequencies from 2 to 30 GHz, with extensions up to 325 GHz via external multipliers. It delivers exceptional output power, ultra-low phase noise, and supports amplitude, frequency, phase, and pulse modulation, with both analog ramp and digital sweep modes.
Designed for high-power LO applications and rapid ATE testing, the MG3693B maintains full compatibility with existing MG3690A and 68C/69B synthesizer families. It’s highly configurable and upgrade-ready to meet evolving testing requirements.
