The Anritsu MP1580A is the world's smallest jitter and wander analyzer, designed for SONET/SDH systems at OC-48/STM-16 and OC-192/STM-64 rates. It measures jitter at 2.5 Gb/s and 10 Gb/s with full compliance to Bellcore GR-1377 and ITU-T O.172 standards. Supporting up to 80 MHz jitter bandwidth and 4000 UIp-p modulation amplitude, it ensures accurate high-speed signal analysis.
Optional wander measurement at 2.5 Gb/s and 10 Gb/s is possible using MX150002A software on an external PC, with real-time MTIE and TDEV calculations, plus Holdover, Wander Tolerance, and Wander Transfer testing.
