The Anritsu MP1632C combines a 3.2 Gb/s pulse pattern generator and error detector in one compact digital data analyzer, supporting a broad frequency range of 10 MHz to 3.2 GHz. It performs precise bit error rate testing, burst signal evaluation, and eye diagram/eye-margin analysis using an 8 Mb programmable pattern and delivering high-quality data and clock waveforms.
Ideal for R&D and manufacturing of SONET/SDH systems, WDM components, Gigabit-Ethernet, Fibre-Channel systems, and digital ICs, it ensures accurate burst measurement, waveform quality assessment, and error detection with 25 mVp-p sensitivity.
