The Centellax TG1B1-A is a compact 10G bit error rate tester combining a PRBS pattern generator and error detector, covering 0.5 to 12.5 Gb/s with an external clock and 9.85 to 11.35 Gb/s from its internal clock. It has differential or single-ended inputs and outputs, programmable output amplitude and high-UI jitter injection for stressed-eye testing.
Controlled by front-panel push buttons or GPIB with a LabVIEW driver, aimed at automated production-line testing, manufacturing and R&D.
