Er enthält modulare SMUs für hohen Strom (HCSMU), hohe Spannung (HVSMU), Hochleistung (1 A/200 V) sowie eine Mehrfrequenz‐Kapazitätsmessung (bis 5 MHz) in einem zehn Slots fassenden Gehäuse. Drehknopf-Steuerung, interne Festplatte und USB-Speicher erleichtern Echtzeit-Sweeps und Datenaufzeichnung.
