The Tektronix DPO714AX is the 4-channel model of the 7 Series DPO, Tektronix's high-performance real-time oscilloscope for high-speed serial, RF and signal-integrity work. It samples at 125 GS/s on all four channels simultaneously, with a 10-bit ADC, very low random noise and a low-jitter timebase, and offers 500 M points record length as standard (1 G or 2 G points optional).
The DPO714AX has four TekConnect inputs (supplied with TCA292D 2.92 mm 50 Ω adapters), works with TekConnect, P7700 and P7600 Series TriMode probes, and runs the TekScope interface on a 15.6-inch HD capacitive touchscreen. Its compact low-profile chassis also suits rack and multi-unit configurations.
Bandwidth on the 7 Series DPO is set by option, so the DPO714AX can be ordered at 8 GHz, 10 GHz, 13 GHz, 16 GHz, 20 GHz or 25 GHz. See the configurations below for a page on each bandwidth.
