The MP2101A BERTWave PE is the BERT-only member of the MP2100A family, with 1- or 2-channel PPG/ED and no built-in oscilloscope. It operates from 8.5 to 11.32 Gbit/s plus sub-rates, extended to 125 Mbit/s-12.5 Gbit/s with option 090.
Options add XFP/SFP+ slots, full-rate clock output, GPIB and high-sensitivity ED. Typical use is BER testing of 10G-class optical transceivers in production.
