La fuente de alimentación de alta tensión Keithley 2290-5 proporciona de 50V a 5000V a 5mA, con mediciones precisas — resolución de 1V para voltaje y 1μA para corriente. Tres modos de visualización permiten ver el voltaje, los límites y el disparo de corriente. Los filtros internos reducen el rizado a 3mVRMS para mediciones de corriente de alta precisión.
