The Keysight (Agilent) B2200A Femto Leakage Switch Mainframe is used for making precise measurments on semiconductor devices, especially at very low cur levels. It reduces the cost of test by enabling automatic characterization tests without compromising the measurement performance of the semiconductor parameter analyzer. The B2200A enables highly sensitive cur measurements down to 1 femtoamp (fA) through the switch.
