The Rohde & Schwarz MXO54 is the 4-channel model of the MXO 5 Series, R&S's next-generation bench oscilloscope with a 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen. It captures more than 4.5 million waveforms per second, has a 12-bit ADC at all sample rates (up to 18-bit in HD mode), samples at up to 5 GS/s and offers 500 Mpoints of memory per channel as standard.
Bandwidth on the MXO 5 is set by software licence, so the MXO54 can be supplied at 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz or 2 GHz (R&S configurations MXO54-350 to MXO54-2000, upgrade options MXO5-B245 to MXO5-B2420). It can also be fitted with 16 digital channels (MXO5-B1), a 2-channel 100 MHz arbitrary waveform generator (MXO5-B6) and a 1 Gpoint memory upgrade (MXO5-B110).
