The Viavi CellAdvisor JD785B is a base station analyser for cell-site installation and maintenance across 2G to 4G technologies. It combines a 9 kHz to 8 GHz spectrum analyser, 5 MHz to 6 GHz cable and antenna analyser, 10 MHz to 8 GHz RF/optical power meter, interference analysis, channel scanner, RFoFiber and signal analysis. Features include LTE-A carrier aggregation, 4x4 MIMO, PIM detection and fibre inspection via the P5000i.
Options add 2-port transmission, bias tee, CW generator, GPS, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi and signal analysers for cdma2000, GSM, WCDMA, LTE/LTE-A, NB-IoT and EMF, plus RFoCPRI interference and signal analysis over fronthaul fibre. Discontinued by Viavi.
