The Fluke 5520A-SC300 is a Fluke 5520A Multi-Product Calibrator fitted with the SC300 oscilloscope calibration option. Alongside DC and AC voltage up to 1020 V, current up to 20 A, resistance, capacitance and temperature simulation, the SC300 option adds leveled sine waves up to 300 MHz, fast edges and time markers for calibrating oscilloscopes up to 300 MHz bandwidth.
