The Fluke PM5193 offers synthesized waveform generation from 100 Hz to 50 MHz, delivering 11½‑digit frequency resolution with accuracy better than 0.1 mHz. It supports sine, square, ramp, haversine, and a pulse generator with 3 ns transition times, as well as amplitude, frequency, and phase modulation.
