The N4880A is a reference clock multiplier with a multiplying PLL that locks a J-BERT N4903B or ParBERT 81250A pattern generator to a system reference clock. It passes 33 kHz SSC and low-frequency jitter through its 2 or 5 MHz loop bandwidth for repeatable jitter tolerance testing.
Supports PCI Express 1.0/2.0/3.0, MIPI M-PHY gear 1-3 and SD UHS-II receiver testing; controlled via USB or a stand-alone GUI.
