The Rohde & Schwarz MXO44 is the 4-channel MXO 4 Series oscilloscope, the first model built on the R&S MXO-EP processing ASIC. It captures more than 4.5 million waveforms per second, has a 12-bit ADC at all sample rates (up to 18-bit in HD mode), samples at up to 5 GS/s and offers 400 Mpoints of memory per channel as standard, on a 13.3-inch Full HD touchscreen.
Bandwidth on the MXO 4 is set by software licence, so the MXO44 can be supplied at 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz or 1.5 GHz (R&S configurations MXO44-242 to MXO44-2415, upgrade options MXO4-B243 to MXO4-B2415). It can also be fitted with 16 digital channels (MXO4-B1), a 2-channel 100 MHz arbitrary waveform generator (MXO4-B6) and an 800 Mpoint memory upgrade (MXO4-B108).
