The Rohde & Schwarz MXO44-245 is the 500 MHz bandwidth configuration of the MXO44, a 4-channel MXO 4 Series oscilloscope. It has a 12-bit ADC at all sample rates (up to 18-bit in HD mode), samples at up to 5 GS/s, captures more than 4.5 million waveforms per second and offers 400 Mpoints of memory per channel (800 Mpoints optional), shown on an 13.3-inch Full HD touchscreen.
Bandwidth on the MXO 4 is set by software licence, so the MXO44 can be ordered at 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz or 1.5 GHz. This listing is for the 500 MHz unit (option MXO4-B245). If you need a different bandwidth, see the MXO44 overview page for all configurations.
