The Rohde & Schwarz MXO38-1000 is the 1 GHz bandwidth configuration of the MXO38, a 8-channel MXO 3 Series oscilloscope. It has a 12-bit ADC at all sample rates (up to 18-bit in HD mode), samples at up to 5 GS/s, captures more than 4.5 million waveforms per second and offers 125 Mpoints of memory per channel (500 Mpoints optional), shown on an 11.6-inch Full HD touchscreen.
Bandwidth on the MXO 3 is set by software licence, so the MXO38 can be ordered at 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz or 1 GHz. This listing is for the 1 GHz unit (option MXO3-B2810). If you need a different bandwidth, see the MXO38 overview page for all configurations.
