Il generatore di segnali a microonde Rohde & Schwarz SMP22 copre da 2 GHz a 20 GHz con estensione opzionale a 10 MHz. Fornisce potenza di uscita elevata >+20 dBm e supporta modulazione AM, FM e opzionalmente modulazione di fase e impulsi. Dotato di risoluzione in frequenza di 0,1 Hz e basso rumore di fase, garantisce elevata purezza spettrale con armoniche tipiche <50 dBc e non armoniche <60 dBc, grazie a oscillatore YIG avanzato e sintesi DDS.
Il generatore supporta modulazione AM (DC–100 kHz), FM (DC–5 MHz) e di fase (DC–100 kHz) con rapporto on/off in modulazione ad impulsi >80 dB. Ideale per applicazioni ad alta frequenza che richiedono precisione e stabilità.
