Il Tektronix AFG31102 è un generatore di funzioni arbitrarie a due canali con onde sinusoidali da 1μHz a 100MHz, risoluzione verticale a 14 bit e ampiezza di uscita da 1mVP-P a 10VP-P su carichi da 50 ohm. Include forme d’onda standard e supporta modulazioni AM, FM, PM, FSK e PWM.
Dotato di 16Mpts di memoria per canale, tecnologia InstaView™ per il monitoraggio in tempo reale e ArbBuilder per la creazione di onde complesse. Il modo sequenza consente la programmazione fino a 256 passaggi d’onda.
