The Keithley 2000-SCAN is a versatile 10-channel general-purpose scanner card designed for use with the Model 2000, 2001, and 2002 multimeters. Each channel features 2-pole relay input, configurable to 4-pole operation, with fast 2.5ms switching. It handles up to 200V peak between terminals and 350V peak common mode voltage, supporting both AC and DC signals with up to 1A switched current. Dimensions are 21mm x 72mm x 221mm and weighs only 0.4g.
Ideal for precision signal routing, the 2000-SCAN supports multiplexing of 10 two-pole or 5 four-pole channels. It offers reliable performance for demanding multimeter applications in labs and production environments.
