The Keithley 2000 is a 6½-digit digital multimeter combining high accuracy with fast measurement speed for bench and system use. It measures DC and AC voltage and current, 2- and 4-wire resistance, frequency, period, temperature, continuity and diode tests, with 0.002% basic DC voltage accuracy. An optional 10-channel internal scanner card (2000-SCAN) and GPIB and RS-232 interfaces make it a popular choice for production test and data logging.
