The Keithley 2002 is an 8½-digit high-performance digital multimeter designed for metrology, calibration and research applications that demand the highest resolution and stability. It measures DC and AC voltage and current, resistance, frequency and temperature, with a dual-line display and fast reading rates for its class. Optional internal scanner cards extend it to multi-channel measurements, and GPIB allows integration into automated calibration systems.
