It supports up to 5A output, 100nA resolution, and 0.2% basic accuracy for detailed current analysis. It features a fast transient response time of under 40µs, programmable voltage from 0–15V with ±(0.05% + 10mV) accuracy, and includes current sink capabilities simulating discharged batteries.
Ideal for automated testing, it measures both short and long current pulses, from 60µs to 833ms, and includes digital voltmeter functionality, multiple measurement modes, and high-speed data transfer across IEEE Bus.
