The Keithley 237 Source-Measure Unit (SMU) is a high-precision, fully programmable instrument offering four-in-one capability: voltage source, current source, voltage measurement, and current measurement. It sources 100µV to 1100V and 100fA to 100mA, and measures 10µV to 110V and 10fA to 100mA. It supports linear, logarithmic, and pulsed sweeps with up to 1000 measurements per second.
