The Keithley 2450 is a 200 V, 1 A, 20 W graphical SourceMeter combining a precision power supply, true current source, 6½-digit DMM, electronic load and trigger controller in one instrument. Its 5-inch capacitive touchscreen makes setup and data visualisation quick, while measurement sensitivity reaches down to the 10 fA and 10 nV range. It suits I-V characterisation of semiconductors, nanomaterials, solar cells and LEDs, and supports SCPI and TSP scripting for automated test.
