The Keithley 2601A SourceMeter by Keysight (Aglient) integrates power supply, true current source, DMM, arbitrary waveform and pulse generators, electronic load and trigger controller into one single-channel system, offering 20 000 readings/s, precision timing (< 500 ns), parallel test execution and a dynamic range of 1 fA–10 A and 1 µV–200 V.
It features the embedded TSP® Express tool for quick, software-free I–V characterization and the Test Script Processor architecture with LXI Class C compliance, USB data storage and TSP-Link® expansion for high-throughput, automated bench-top and multi-channel I–V test systems.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
