The Keysight (Agilent) Keithley 2602 SourceMeter integrates a high-speed third-generation SMU design with an embedded Test Script Processor (TSP™) and TSP-Link™ fast-triggering bus, delivering two to four times faster I-V functional testing and double the channel density of the 2601 model in the same chassis.
Each electrically isolated 40 W, 3 A channel supports precision DC, pulse and low-frequency AC sourcing and measurement, plus low-frequency arbitrary waveform generation, electronic load emulation, and programmable triggering; simultaneous I/V readings exceed 10 000 s⁻¹ with high-speed auto-ranging, while GPIB, RS-232 and 14-bit digital I/O interfaces ensure seamless integration.
