The Keithley 2612A SourceMeter is a dual-channel instrument integrating a power supply, true current source, DMM, waveform and pulse generator, electronic load, and trigger controller. It offers high-speed parallel test execution, precision timing (<500ns), and supports a wide dynamic range from 1fA to 10A and 1µV to 200V. TSP® architecture and TSP-Link® enable system automation and expansion up to 64 channels.
Ideal for I-V characterization or multi-channel test systems, it features TSP® Express software for quick testing without programming, and supports high-speed data capture at 20,000 readings/s via USB or LXI Class C connectivity.
