The Keithley 2634B SourceMeter features dual channels with 200W output, enabling precise DC, pulse, and low-frequency AC source-measure testing. It supports up to 10A and 200V with 100fA/100nV resolution. Integrated instruments include a precision power supply, current source, 6½-digit multimeter, arbitrary waveform generator, electronic load, and trigger controller, enhancing test flexibility.
Ideal for I-V functional testing, it accelerates test speed using Keithley’s 3rd-gen SMU design, TSP™ scripting, and TSP-Link™ communication. Electrically isolated channels provide high integrity and flexible wiring options.
