The Keithley 2635A is a previous-generation single-channel System SourceMeter rated to 200 V and 1.5 A DC (10 A pulse), with 1 fA current resolution for low-level measurements. It integrates a precision source, DMM and pulse capability with Test Script Processor (TSP) technology, and remains a cost-effective option for semiconductor and materials I-V testing.
