The Keithley 2657A is a high-voltage System SourceMeter that sources and measures up to 3000 V and 120 mA, with 180 W of power and 1 fA current resolution. It is designed for breakdown and leakage testing of power semiconductors including SiC and GaN devices, insulation materials and high-voltage components, with TSP scripting for automated test.
