The Keithley 3722 is a high-density multiplexer card featuring two independent banks of 1x48 two-pole multiplexers, configurable to 1x96 for large-scale testing. It supports up to 300V, 1A signal levels and 25MHz bandwidth, utilizing latching electromechanical relays for reliable, high-speed scanning with minimal offset (1µV, 100pA).
It enables over 110 channels/second measurement speed and seamless integration with the 3700A Series mainframe via an analog backplane, supporting versatile configurations with dual 104-pin D-sub connectors.
