The Keithley 3730 is a two-pole, 6-row by 16-column high-density matrix card designed to connect up to six differential instrument channels with any combination of 16 DUTs. It supports up to a 6x96 matrix using six Model 3730 cards in a single 3706A mainframe, enabling scalable testing solutions. It features two 50-pin male D-sub connectors for signal input, latching electromechanical relays, and supports 300V, 1A switched or 2A carry signal capacity (60W, 125VA).
It includes analog backplane connection relays for seamless column expansion, with relay closures saved in onboard memory, ensuring minimal signal offset of 2µV and 100pA.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
