The Keithley 4200A-CVIV Multi-Switch is a high-efficiency multiplexed switching module for the 4200A-SCS, enabling seamless switching between I-V and C-V measurements without altering cables or DUT connections. It supports up to four SMUs (4200-SMU, 4201-SMU, 4210-SMU, 4211-SMU) and routes outputs from 4210-CVU or 4215-CVU to any of four output terminals.
