The Keithley 619 Electrometer/Multimeter provides ultra-sensitive measurement capabilities from 2 nA with 100 fA resolution, and extends to 2 A for current, making it ideal for low-level signal applications. Voltage measurements range from 200 mV (1 µV resolution) to 200 V, and resistance from 2 kΩ to 2 TΩ with 0.0005% resolution. It includes an IEEE-488 Interface for seamless integration with programmable systems.
