The Keithley 6430 is an ultra-low-current SourceMeter with a remote preamplifier, offering current noise in the sub-femtoamp range and resolution down to 10 aA. It sources and measures up to ±105 V and ±105 mA, making it suitable for characterising high-resistance materials, nanodevices, single-electron devices and low-leakage semiconductors.
