The Keithley 6487 Picoammeter/Voltage Source features 5½-digit resolution, 10fA sensitivity, and a built-in 500V source, offering enhanced accuracy and faster rise times over the 6485. It supports eight current ranges, auto-ranging, voltage sweeping, AV resistance measurements, and IEEE-488/RS-232 interfaces.
Designed for characterizing low current devices, it measures currents from 20fA to 20mA at speeds up to 1000 readings per second, with floating measurements up to 500V and digital I/O for integration.
