The Keithley 708B is a single-slot semiconductor switching mainframe that routes SMU and C-V signals to devices under test in parametric and reliability test setups. It accepts one of Keithley’s semiconductor matrix cards such as the 7072, 7072-HV, 7173-50 or 7174A low-current matrix card, and is controlled via GPIB or LAN with TSP scripting. It is the compact companion to the six-slot 707B for smaller switching configurations.
