The Keithley 8009 is a guarded test fixture designed for accurate measurement of volume and surface resistivities, ensuring high insulation resistance up to 1100V and electrostatic shielding. It supports safe operation with the 6517A/B, and toggles measurement types easily via a front panel switch.
It accommodates samples 64mm–102mm in diameter and up to 3.2mm thick, maintaining uniform pressure for precise resistivity calculations in accordance with ASTM procedures.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
