It features GPIB, USB, and LAN interfaces and a graphical web interface compliant with LXI standards. The unit integrates a 24V/3.4A power supply, eliminating external PSU needs.
Ideal for benchtop and ATE setups, the 11713D enables simple setup and remote control with front panel buttons and an LCD. It supports pulse and continuous drive modes, with a built-in switch life counter.
