The Keysight 16092A (Agilent) Spring Clip Fixture supports impedance evaluation for both lead and SMD components. It includes two interchangeable modules mounted on a plate to handle different component types effectively.
Operating from DC to 500 MHz with a DC bias range of -40V to +40V, it functions at 0 to 55°C. The fixture features APC-7 terminal connections and parallel electrodes for SMDs and leads.
