The Keysight (Agilent) 16864A is a 136-channel portable logic analyzer offering state speeds up to 700 MHz, timing speeds up to 5 GHz (12.5 GHz with timing zoom), and memory depth up to 128M. It supports asynchronous sampling up to 2.5 GHz (5 GHz in half-channel mode), state clock rates to 700 MHz, and data rates up to 1.4 Gb/s. Featuring a 15-inch touchscreen, built-in SSD, USB 3.0, and LAN interfaces, it delivers powerful debug capability in a compact unit.
Ideal for high-speed digital design, it captures detailed eye diagrams on all channels and allows deep analysis with up to 256 Mb half-channel memory depth and 80 ps timing zoom resolution.
