The Keysight (Agilent) 4349A is a high-performance 4-channel high resistance meter specifically designed for capacitor measurements, supporting high-speed contact checks, fast setting times, and test voltage from 0.1000 to 1000.0 V. It offers auto/manual ranging, internal/external/manual/HP-IB triggers, and a comparator function with memory recall capability.
