The Keysight (Agilent) 83630A Synthesised Sweeper spans 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz, delivering 1 Hz resolution (Option 008) with low phase noise. It features harmonic suppression—50 dB below carrier (2.2–20 GHz), 35 dB below (above 20 GHz), and pulse modulation >80 dB on/off, <10 ns rise/fall (Option 006).
It supports linear AM (100%/V), scan modulation (10 dB/V), and FM up to 8 MHz, with simultaneous pulse and amplitude modulation.
