The Keysight (Agilent) 8517A S-Parameter Test Set features a dual port architecture with independent reference channels per port. It includes a built-in electronic RF switch and supports DC bias application up to 500mA and 40 Vdc. With a wide frequency range of 45 MHz to 50 GHz, attenuation up to 90 dB in 10 dB steps, and 2.4mm (M) connectors at 50 ohm nominal impedance, it ensures precision and versatility.
Designed for active device measurement, the 8517A enables accurate S-parameter testing with controlled incident signal power from +3 to -13 dBm.
