The Keysight (Aglient) B1505A Power Device Analyzer / Curve Tracer is a single-box solution capable of characterizing high-power devices from sub-picoamp levels to 3000 V and 20 A. It includes modular high-current (HCSMU), high-voltage (HVSMU), high-power (1 A/200 V) SMUs, and a multi-frequency (up to 5 MHz) capacitance unit within a ten-slot chassis. Rotary knob control, on-board disk, and USB storage streamline real-time device sweeps and data logging.
Ideal for evaluating wide-bandgap devices (SiC, GaN), power MOSFETs, diodes, and IGBTs, it supports large customizable fixtures with interlock safety to accommodate diverse package types and high-voltage testing requirements.
