The Keysight (Agilent) B1511A Source/Measure Unit (SMU) integrates voltage/current sourcing and measurement into a compact module with 100 V / 100 mA range and 4-quadrant operation. It achieves 10 fA / 0.5 µV measurement resolution, supporting optional ASU for sub-fA accuracy and QS-CV measurement for semiconductor gate surface analysis.
