The Keysight (Agilent) DSO80304B is a high-performance 3 GHz real-time oscilloscope featuring four analog channels with up to 40 GSa/s sampling rate, upgradeable to 13 GHz bandwidth. It integrates MegaZoom deep memory (standard 512 kpts, optional 2 Mpts, and up to 64 Mpts at reduced sampling rates) for advanced signal analysis. With an exceptionally low 161 µV noise floor and <1 ps trigger jitter RMS, it delivers outstanding signal fidelity.
Its XGA display with 256-level intensity grading is optimized for deep memory use and is compatible with InfiniiMax probes, making it ideal for complex high-speed signal diagnostics.
